Belive me i wish i could show you the original, but i swear to god is in new york i live in florida i can give you the phone number and everything, all these people acuse me because they say they have seen it before well let them show you the picture......but they wont because they will never find it, please someone belive me, i am not lying paper and pencil were like my friends, do you want me to give you the adress of the foster home, you could go and ask them what i did when i was little, and then they took me to new york at 7 1/2 to study....please belive me, i am not lying...please.........

The only thing that would convince me is if you were to join us in a paintchat session and draw something of that caliber, live. Then I'd be happy to apologize. *shrug*

Because art theft is pretty rampant here, and you follow all of the classic steps. For that image to have a 2003 creation date suggests it was finished and UPLOADED in 2003. Which means no recent changes. You claim to have made recent changes.
Your life story has nothing to do with this picture, btw. Trying to gain sympathy points in an arguement involving fact only shows for lack of concrete evidence.

Well, technically, she hasn't. She's still defending herself and claiming that it's hers. Once she admits it, then she'll be left alone.

If the newly scanned image is too big for photobucket then crop a section of the face or one of those flowers and then upload that cropped image.
Why does that work?
Here's an example:
The image on the left is a cropped down view of the blown up image on the right. It proves that I own the full version of this image.

Boo hoo. You've been writing badly since you started this topic, don't use tears as an excuse.
When I was seven, I used to draw horsies and cows, not study realism. I doubt you did... ninety-nine percent of seven year olds (probably more, this is an estimate) have NO idea what the heck realism even IS. If you were so concerned with your parents, then why would you have had time for drawing if you didn't for any "normal" seven-year-old stuff?
I think this might be a major cry for help in your case.

Preciouz... all you have to do is show us a version of the image with a higher dots per inch.
You have a scanner... you shrunk the image down to be this size you're showing us. If you scan it in again and don't shrink it, it will prove that you have the original in your custody.
Otherwise I will have to do something about this thread.
